Honda Recalls 25000 Minivans

There are many different causes for accidents. Some of them are just the result of a unique circumstance where no one is really at fault. Others can happen through natural causes, like snow or rain, where again no one is really at fault. Far too many, however, are caused by the poor judgment of another person, whether it is the decision to drive after drinking or ignore safety rules and regulations on the road or elsewhere. These accidents can even stem from major manufacturers who inadvertently put out flawed products.

Honda is in the process of recalling nearly 25,000 2014 Odyssey minivans due to faulty side air bags.

According to the car company, a shorting terminal that prevents the air bag from expanding before it’s put into the vehicle could have been damaged while the van was being built. This may cause the air bag warning light to shine and even stop the side curtain air bags from deploying in the case of a crash.

Honda has stated there have been no related crashes or injuries so far. The issue was discovered through warranty repairs.

To fix the problem, Honda dealers will repair the minivans for no cost.

No matter who it is, whether a random driver, an employer, or even a major company, anyone who causes an accident that injures someone should have to pay for that mistake. Legal compensation is the means by which the guilty are held responsible.
