Attorney Greg Stokes
Greg Stokes has successfully represented thousands of individuals throughout the State of Georgia. He has recovered millions of dollars for persons injured as a result of the negligence of others. He is a graduate of New York University and John Marshall Law School. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice, formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Stokes is admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States, the Georgia Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
Greg Stokes handles cases in all Federal and State Courts in Georgia. His cases have been covered by the news media, and he has appeared on the front page of the Atlanta Constitution. Neil Kopitsky is committed to aggressively pursuing the rights of all victims of negligence, and with his partner Greg Stokes has successfully represented many injury victims. He has handled numerous successful negotiations, mediations and trials on a wide variety of negligence claims including bicycle, automobile, and truck accidents; accidents due to dangerous conditions on property; and governmental liability.
As a competitive cyclist, Neil Kopitsky brings a special passion to representing people injured in bicycling accidents, and has extensive knowledge of bicycling case law and the dynamics of bicycle accidents. He frequently handles cases where bicyclists were injured due to the negligence of other vehicle drivers.
Neil Kopitsky is a graduate of Colorado College and Washington University Law School. He is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Missouri, and admitted to practice in federal and state courts.
