3-Vehicle Crash in Cartersville Shuts Down Highway 41

Accidents are an unfortunate part of life. No one is exempt from being involved in a sudden crash when there are other drivers out there who are careless or reckless. The trauma they cause is more than just physical and emotional — it’s financial, as well. Most simply do not have the money to pay for the repair bills, medical bills, and other costs that arise out of the aftermath of an accident. Legal compensation is the answer to avoiding that financial trauma.

The northbound side of Highway 41 in Cartersville was shut down for a time after a three-vehicle accident.

According to the Cartersville police, a couple was driving to church in their SUV when another driver allegedly ran a red light. That driver rammed into the SUV hard enough to flip it over.

The male driver and female passenger in the SUV were rushed to the Cartersville Medical Center. The woman sustained a back injury, though how severe it is remains unknown. The man’s left arm suffered a severe injury, but he is expected to make a full recovery.

The driver of the car which hit the SUV was taken to Floyd Medical Center, but that driver’s condition is unknown.

A third vehicle was also hit by one of the other two vehicles involved in an accident. There is no information on the condition of that driver or any passengers.

An accident is difficult enough to overcome without having to deal with the high financial cost. You’re going to need compensation to help you through it, and Stokes & Kopitsky can help you get it. Call us today for a free consultation. No money is necessary to hire our services — all fees come out of any settlement we obtain for you.
